The hotel owners were very professional and rectified a unfortunate incident to our satisfaction. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us when we had problems with our room. the location of the hotel was amazing, with key attractions within walking distance.
The room we initially booked lacked privacy and felt like a converted back office.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and close to the central square. The room had beautiful views of the canal and was spacious with tall windows. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was located on a pretty canal, very close to the attractive market Square, while still being close to the station. The location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the old town of Delft. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. we were impressed with the hotel facilities and the convenient transportation options available.

This place is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. With its beautiful location in the center of the town, I found it easy to get around and explore what this city had to offer. The service was fantastic with room service available and housekeeping keeping the place pristine. I also enjoyed the amenities the room had to offer, like the mini-bar and free wi-fi in rooms.
Would definitely recommend this venue to friends without a doubt.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the square which made exploring the must-see town a breeze. The room was clean and inviting, with a spacious bathroom and a view of the pretty canal. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a warm reception. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. it was a delightful experience.
The noise from the nearby bells, which could be a bit bothersome at times.
